Integrate with Ninja Form

The “Integrate with Ninja Form” functionality in the InputWP plugin enables you to seamlessly integrate an “Event” with a form created using the Contact Form 7 plugin. This integration allows you to associate a date/time picker with a specific text input field in your form, enhancing user interaction and providing advanced date/time selection capabilities.

How to use

1. Accessing the Feature:
   • Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
   • Navigate to “InputWP” in the left-hand menu.
   • Click on “Integration.”
   • Under the “Form integration” section, click on “Add New” to create a new integration or edit an existing one.
2. Step 1: Name and Method:
   • Provide a name for the integration using the “Label (Optional)” input field. This label helps you keep track of multiple integrations.
   • Select “Ninja Form” from the “Method” select input field. NOTE: Please make sure you have the Ninja Form plugin installed and activated with at least one form created, before proceeding.
   • Click “Next” to proceed to the next step. The system will retrieve a list of available Ninja Form forms that you’ve already created.
3. Step 2: Connect:
   • Use the “Contact Form” select input field to choose the form you want to integrate.
   • Use the “Event” select input field to associate the chosen form with a specific “Event.”
4. Step 3: Identify:
   • Assign each input field to one of three categories: “Guest,” “Email,” and “Date picker.” These assignments help process and manage the data effectively.
   • Use the select input fields associated with “Guest,” “Email,” and “Date picker” to match the input fields in your Ninja Form form.
5. Saving Changes: After completing the three steps, scroll down to the bottom of the integration section and click the “Save” button to save the integration settings.
6. Result: Upon saving, the date/time picker will be automatically injected into the specified text input field in your Ninja Form form. This allows users to use the advanced date/time selection options associated with the selected “Event.”
