I need to try out the Gravity Forms side of the plugin. Do you have a test site that we can look at.
I know that you provide a 30 day money back, but as you are aware, it’s really hard to get that arranged internally.
Also, the plugin will need to be added to a dev site first for testing, would I need to contact you to ‘release’ the license key/code

As of now, we don’t have a testing site.
And when it comes to the license, after the purchase you will receive an email with the license code that will be used to activate the PRO plugin.
The Gravity forms integration works similarly with Contact Form 7. Learn more about the step-by-step process in here.

If there is a new booking, Will it be automatically added to the Google calendar as a meeting or an event? If yes, then how many people will it add?
What I want is that it must add event/meeting in my calendar and my Co-founder. Possible?

Yes, the event will be automatically added to Google Calendar on form submission. Please make sure you connect the name, email, and date picker with the right fields (using Automatic method) so that it gets to Export that information.
Yes, it is possible to Export the same calendar to multiple places (including multiple people)
